Biltong Boss’ @biltongbossaus whole strips of 100% Prime Australian beef, cured to perfection with their traditional South African spice mix.  A South African classic. Just like slow cooking is better than zapping in a microwave, they airdry their meat at a low temperature over a few days.  It means lean Biltong products are naturally more tender and healthier than beef jerky.
