Let’s introduce you to this Mediterranean street food stall, Les Garcons, are selling their focaccia sandwiches, burrata bowls and flavoured lemonade. They’re working with Byron Bay mozzarella and preparing the rest of the deli meat, fruits and vegetables in their kitchen located in Miami, just a stone’s throw from the market at Palm Beach.
