Jakob will have loads of fresh prawns this weekend.  He’ll also have yellowfin tuna, snapper, flathead, cod and coral trout, all caught between north of Tweed to Sandy Cape off Fraser Island.

Oysters and mussels are delicious just as they are or added to some of Jakob’s other fish to make a great meal
